Question / Help Game and Window capture will not work for Ark SOTF??

So I can get all my images and overlays to work along with my cam and everything but for some reason whenever I try to do a game capture for Ark SOTF or even a window capture it will not work, I have uninstalled and reinstalled, emptied a folder another thread said to try and nothing is working.
