Question / Help Game and Window Capture Not Working Anymore

So I have no idea what I'm doing wrong because everything was working fine til a couple weeks ago, but I can't capture Overwatch anymore, and Xcom2 only displays "XCom2" in the game font. I tried reinstalling obs completely, and even Overwatch itself. Nothing i tried worked. I included

Everything was working fine for me until I updated my AMD drivers to the latest drivers for Destiny 2 now I cant capture anything using AMD encoding.
