Hello, I'm currently using a mid-end PC and everytime I stream to twitch or youtube, sometimes the game lags and sometimes the stream freezes/lags/bugged out. I also got a high encoding warning almost everytime. Here is my log and PC spec:
Processor: Intel Pentium G3240 3.1Ghz
Motherboard: GIGABYTE GA-H81M-S1
Video Card: GIGABYTE GTX750Ti 2048
Hard Drive: WDC 1TB Caviar Blue
Power Supply: Zumax Power ZU500 (500W)
RAM: Corsair Vengeance Red DDR3 8GB (4x2)

Any help is appreciated, thanks!

Unfortunately that is a very low-end CPU when it comes to multi-core performance, which real-time video encoding relies on heavily. It's sold for gaming purposes, which only uses one or two cores at most.

You'll likely have to downscale to 480p or 360p, if not even to 240p; even a four-core i5 has trouble gaming and streaming much past 720p@30fps, and you've got half that (at best, given relative ops-per-second and microcode optimizations).

You might look at NVENC; while it's a poor quality encode, it acts as a band-aid and allows weak CPUs to still stream. Your 750Ti should support it if memory serves. I'd still recommend 480p@30fps, 2000kbps to compensate for the bad encoder, while avoiding viewer buffering as much as possible on Twitch.
