Question / Help Game - 60fps / Stream ~30fps (set to 60)

I have the same problem.....some games are perfectly smooth, but war thunder or bf bc2 feels 30 on the stream, even though i have obs on 60......My ingame is actually perfectly smooth....
Armored warfare is smooth also...true 60 fps

I think is because direct x 11....... how can i make it work in true 60 fps please...
Cpu load an gpu are not full so..it's not the case

Some GPUs are not good at scaling in OBS. your 590 might be one of them.

try lowering webcam resolution a little and see if that helps. also don't watch your stream while you encode and game. just use a popout chat instead. twitch dashboard still has an active stream even when paused so either click hide or use a popout chat like I said before.

Webcam is 640 480 max res, as i said AW (cryengine) does not do this.
I tried lower resolution in game..stil 30 fps...i tried low res in game and low on stream also...the same......

I watch my stream and chat on my phone not on my pc that I play on.

Do you use gamecapture or screen capture. If you use screen capture try gamecapture.

Red faction gureilla also 30 fps...on the stream..instead of 60...wtf is this bug..

monitor capture and game windowed is 60 fps on the game..but it's horrible you know................. i want full screen...................

only on the recording/stream its not smooth, it's 30 fps acually..even if it shows that stream is 60..it's actually not.........

ok so i did lot of testes an found out that some games like bf3 and bfbc2, Red faction guerilla , when using frame limiter (i dont want v sync cause of mouse lag, so i usually user 60 fps limiter ) they render on obs at only 30 fps..disabling frame limiter makes them render smooth.
But war thunder still is 30 fps, whatever i try..so war thunder..dunno...remains "un-smooth".
Why don't counter strike or insurgency do that??? Also armored warfare., or witcher 2...they all work fine on obs , rendering at smooth 60 fps with the limiter on!..
