I am hoping someone has had this experience as the camera and the encoder are both popular. I am using the Panasonic DMC-FZ2500 camera with Blackmagic Intensity Shuttle encoder for livestreaming on FB (or other) via my Windows 10 laptop. I am connected via a Micro HDMI cable to the HDMI IN on the Intensity Shuttle via the blue USB cable to a USB port on my laptop. The OBS settings are below (see image).
As you can see, I am not getting any video (black screen). I have tried different setting on OBS. Any setting for the camera that I may be missing? Or on OBS? Please help!
