hey guys, I have a problem where off stream I am getting 120 FPS and on stream I am getting like 57-60. I don't think its supposed to be that drastic.

(yes it happens in multiple games, pretty much every game.)

I have a FX 8350 and a GTX 770
I stream at 720p60fps
My monitor is 1440x900, but I stream at 720 for A. 60fps & 16:9 res so other people don't get weird black bars.. (I put a game logo in the empty space.)

Before you tell me to try things, I have tried to reduce the fps to 30 and it does help but only up to like 70fps. I also tried local recording with my natural resolution and same result. 900p30fps still getting half of what I get off stream. 3500 bitrate preset on faster, I've tried a lot and I cannot figure this out. Thanks for any help and here's m,y log

ALSO CPU usage goes very high while using OBS, now I know its CPU intensive and you might expect things like this from lesser pc's but I would consider mine to be at least above decent and shouldn't be getting problems like this, but please let me know what you think. Thank you in advance.

You should use Game Capture instead of Monitor Capture, go back to "veryfast" in x264 and maybe lower your bitrate/buffer to 3000 or 2500.

ive tried game capture. Same result. Lowering my bitrate didn't really seem to do much either, I tried with 2800 and it was still the same I believe
