Question / Help Fx 8350 Weird Laggy issue.

Ok here is the deal, I'm running an fx 8350 with a xfx r9 280x both stock with a hyper evo 212 fan and 730watt psu from raidmaxx. Before I reformatted my streaming/recording was fine. When i'm playing games there's no lag what so ever but once I start up obs and stream or record it starts getting laggy. Not real real bad but a little bit. Not sure if anything here is bad but if you guys notice anything would appreciate the help

I played WWE 2k15, Gta V and CS GO today (i play everything at 1080P)
