Hello,
So my OBS videos have been very fuzzy for some random reason. I used to have my bitrate on 5000 kbps and my preset on performance, but I changed that since I got a new CPU which is much more powerful. I put the preset on max quality and the bitrate on 10000 kbps. Yet I see no difference and there is a lot of blur. I record at 1920 by 1080, and 60 fps. OBS is not taking up that much of my CPU, ram or GPU performance and has plenty to use as I am just recording some Minecraft, with FPS and performance boosts may I add. While my ram is pegged high due to the fact my second ram stick decided to commit suicide for no reason and stop working the other day (unrelated to this issue) , OBS is not using a lot of ram even while recording and still has about 0.5 gb left to use. If anyone can help please do. This has been an ongoing issue for weeks not and I have finally decided to make an OBS forums account and ask.

2 8gb sticks of 2133 DDR4 (one of them stopped working for some reason the other day. Unrelated to this issue)
