Question / Help Fuzzy Quality - Didn't happen before

So for my last two sessions, the videos have turned out "fuzzy" or blocky.

Here is an example (turn down your volume):

My other videos turned out fine. I don't know if its the specific game, or something else.

Please help.

Also, I'm on a laptop and tried switching to nvidia to fix black screens and obs keeps crashing now :http://pastebin.com/xiScKEaa

That's not a full crash log unfortunately. I also need a full log file from OBS as well.

Okay I'll focus on the quality issue first. I'll go make a quick test video and post the file log too.

The bitrate is too low for that resolution/fps. You need at least 3500 bitrate for a 1080p stream.

Okay, thank you very much. I'm kinda new to this kinda stuff, so could you tell me a little about bitrate or link me to something? I thought lower bitrate was better.

Generally, I'd recommend using our estimator: http://obsproject.com/estimator

I would probably recommend 1.5 downscale with 2000 to 3000 bitrate
