Question / Help Fuzzy Overwatch Recordings

I have been using OBS for some time now, but I just noticed that all of my Overwatch videos are very fuzzy. It's ONLY Overwatch too. I've recorded other games in the past and they look amazing, but Overwatch is a different story. I was hoping other people had this problem (maybe not with Overwatch specifically, but with not being able to record a certain game properly).
 
You should only have one per COLLECTION and use either capture any fullscreen app or the hotkey based selection enabled.
