Fuzzy/Blurry Colors in Recording

I recently got a new laptop and I tried recording with it with different softwares (including xbox game capture and obs) and all of them looked fuzzy (especially at the top part) except for the cursor and the bottom part.

Specs: Intel Core i3-7100U, Nvidia Geforce 940mx, Intel HD Graphics 620, 4 Gigabytes of Ram

At first fix your base resolution vs. output resolution thing. They differ in 2 (two!) pixels in width, making a whole downsampling process needed.

You have an U-model processor, which is compromise due to portable device (laptop) vs. local pc, and it has to handle all stuff.
Window-capture, game-capture and screen-capture all in one scene brings trouble for shure.

And change from mp4 recording to mkv recording, it makes it failproof if recordings can't come to a clean end. You may simply remux mkv afterwards to mp4 using the obs top menu.
And turn on game mode in windows.
