I have installed OBS to 3 apple machines and they are all missing the fullscreen multiview functionality from the menu. Multiview(windowed) works and I know that the windowed multiview can be switch to fullscreen, so its not a major issue. I just want to report this if nobody hasn't reported it yet.

You know... I feel like an idiot. There was a thread similar to this recently, and I replied that I had this option.

But now that I go to try it... "Multiview - Fullscreen" does appear in the menu, but as a dropdown with no children.

Yeah, that's exactly what the bug is. I didn't notice it too before because it's the windowed multiview that I often use.

I'm seeing this exact same issue, and I'm on OBS 22.0.3 on macOS 10.13.6. The "Multiview (Fullscreen)" option in the View menu has a > arrow on the right of the text, but doesn't show a submenu when I hover over it and does nothing when I click it.

However, when I right-click a scene and hover over "Fullscreen Projector (Scene)", I see both displays.

Any ideas?

yes, it is still a bug on ver 22.0.3 but not much of a problem... We can still get a fullscreened multiview by pressing the green fullscreen button on the topbar of a windowed multiview.

Yeah, I figured that part out. Unfortunately, my second monitor is not in a convenient location for me to be able to navigate the mouse cursor over to it to press that button!

I get your point and I am also in the same situation.... So far, what I did is use BetterTouchTool app to create a shortcut that moves the window to other monitor and then make it fullscreen.
