hello, I'm having serious problems with OBS
I'm trying to make streams in fullHD ...
Upload 4Mb according to the tests could do live in 1920x1080 @ 30fps with 3100bits
However the live begins to have FPS drops in both live and in recording as if capturing only 1 second frame
and it did not happen at 720p
It happens in any service ... Twitch / youtube
