Question / Help Full Transparency in PNG

Have a question, I'm wanting to put a frame around my webcam image that will looks something like the following:

Can a transparency like the above supported with OBS? Or is PNG not capable in saving with that sort of transparency?

Yes, right click the picture and then click on properties, then check transparent

Properties within OBS? Those properties only gives me unload image when not showing. now the slight outer glow I have on the window is transparent. So I know it's using the transparency..

Yeah gonna have to rethink this one... without the transparency this thing looks pretty fugly :)

You can use Filters. Image Mask/Blend filter. Just make proper mask and add background image.
