I have been trying to stream fullscreen, as if I do it that way I will have more fps and less breaks, the only issue I've had so far is that I cannot seem to get game capture to work, I have a semi work-around using DxTory but its insanely UNSTABLE. I have tried all the tricks I have found on these forums, setting game capture hotkey, opening the game after or before OBS, none of these worked, I have a friend of mine streaming and I did the setup on his computer, and he can stream fullscreen, yet I cannot, so I believe that rules out my options being misconfigured, I have also seen people post logs, however I am not sure how to obtain them.
If I try to stream game capture, the screen will appear black, and all you are able to see is the mouse, this happens over all games (starcraft, league, dota, wow), so there is something the system is lacking?
