Question / Help Full screen game and still be able to alt tab rely need help

So i want to come in to the whole streaming thing and i want to start of 100% smooth and ive been watching pro (league of legends) streams (and i know they use OBS) and they can allways do a smooth transaction from lets say browser to full screen game. and while they are in game they can alt tab as they please and still have the full screen game in the background and retun to it again all smooth. i dont even know how to play a full screen game and alt tab out of it or look at the browser with out the stream just freezing in place. i really need your help. thanks for sorry for poor english.

PS: i read some where you need Dxtory and i got the program. now i just dont know how to use it for that thing so if some one could help me out with a step by step thing i would be for ever greatfull :)

Put the game in "fullscreen windowed" or "borderless window" mode, no idea how its called in LoL.

Borderless window does not work it only shows the game and when i tab out the steam is still on the game

Then they are using Software capture-> monitor capture + borderless window mode.
Make sure to disable AERO when using it or the performance will be bad, unless you are on windows 8 in which case it doesnt matter.

that is exatily what i used and it stll does not work, and wicth forum would you like for me to use?

Well if you use MONITOR capture (not WINDOW) and the game is in borderless window mode it shows everything that YOU see, so if you tab to the browser you will see the browser on stream**

The thing is it doesent. i use borderless i have the monitor capture on and when i tab it freezes in place untill i tab back

Are you sure you're using monitor capture and not window capture? Post a log please.
