Question / Help Frozen Screen when recording

My screen tends to freeze when recording but the audio is fine. I know the problem is to lower video settings, but I don't know which to lower in order to make my recording stop freezing.

Yes behave, or do you consider your behaviour normal? Noone on this forum is obligated to help you nor respond within a certain time, everyone here is volunteering their time to help people. That requires you to have a bit of patience.

Anyway, judging from your log, your laptop cannot handle encoding and playing your game simultaneously. Maybe you can limit fps in the game (by enabling vsync) and lower the Output resolution in Settings -> Video to improve it.
Also make sure your laptop is running in High Performance profile in the Power Options in the Windows Control Panel.
