So, I recently bought a new computer (used, though it is a custom-built gaming desktop.) The video adapter is a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 670, and my max FPS is 60. My max bitrate has been upped four different times to land at 3000, and the buffer size is 1000, and everything else is set to settings that should support a much higher-level computer, as I originally used the settings that I used for my laptop (which is not a gaming laptop, and is quite old) and they didn't work. Upping my settings since have not worked either. Whenever I got into another tab, the recording freezes (I can't even stream to my fans, either, which has been upsetting due to my break coming up and a promise to stream 2-3 days a week, which is why I bought the computer mainly.) and the frames just drop. I tried resolving the problem with my cousin, originally thinking it may have just been the computer (as it is quite f***ed and could use a reset, but I am not able to activate windows due to some complications from the state it was in when purchased.
I'm hoping to finally get some answers, as the main thing I record and stream are online games in my browser and art as well. Thank you for your time in reading this
