Hi there, as the title states I am having some issues, I will try to provide as much information as I can.

I am using an Elgato HD60 S, trying to stream from my xbox one,

This is the issue I am having, the game appears, capture card is ok or seems to be, however that’s all I get, it is just frozen, sometimes moves a few frames and then freezes again. Last time I used this was about 2 years ago, no settings have changed and I have the same computer. Everything was working fine then but not now, the CPU usage fluctuates between 1 and 5%. No dropped frames when going live but all you see is a frozen screen.

Could it be the card itself? USB ports? Cables, I have tried a multitude of things, following threads and videos, nothing seems to be working.

I have a 1060 6GB card

Intel i5-3750k

Not sure if this is useful at all

I am not very experienced in this so I have no idea what is wrong or could be, if anymore information will provide anyone with an answer then I can provide it. Thanks in advance for anyone who can help.

Ensure it's connected to a USB 3.0 port (they tend to be blue). If it's in a 2.0 port, it can cause a ton of problems.
Close OBS, open the Elgato GameCapture software if you have it installed, and see if the issue persists there. If it does, you'll need to contact Elgato Support... generally that's going to be the case, though.
