Question / Help Frozen camera in windows

Hi!

I have a problem I need some help with. Running obs on a new computer. Everytime I connect my cameras they freeze up in obs.

System:

Windows 10 Pro 64bit
Rog Strix B450-F Gaming
AMD Ryzen 5 3600X 6-Core Processor 3,8 GHz
32 gig hyper x fury ddr4
GPU (Asus) Nvidia Geforce GTX 1660

Os on M.2 disk.

When I connect my PTZ Optics,my Canon XA10 or my GoPro6 the image freeze up. All three cameras work fine on my mac.

Help anyone?

It is really simple and I feel kinda stupid for not trying it before I posted here...:)

I simly plugged the camlinks (I use 2 of them) directly into the usb without using the extension cable and it worked. I plug one cam in the front usb 3.0 and one in the back usb 3.0. I tested the one in the back usb and it works both with and without the extension.
