From version 28.1 to final version high lag from starting up

Hi, I just updated from 27.4 to the last version but whenever I start OBS it's laggy and not operable. Whenever I am going to the taskbar or another application the lag stops. So it only happens when OBS is on front. I tried deinstalling al of the add-ons and looked at the log file but there isn't anything useful inside. FYI.
