Question / Help From 120k to 10k Connection after pushing Start stream

Hello!
first of all, here are my Logfiles:

I got a 120k internet Connection and it is stable till the moment I press Start stream in OBS Studio 18.0.1. then there is a rest of 10k.
I alread deinstalled/installed it and made everything what is written in this post:

The strange thing is, that my Internet drops right at the moment I press go. When i press Stop there is my normal Connection.
Pls help me with that, I don´t want to loose some viewer!

As discussed in the chat, this is not caused by OBS, but sounds like your ISP is throttling you when you try to stream. You'll need to contact them and explain the issue.
