I am having trouble and have had multiple people say they can't see my video on my stream. One friend said it came up for 5 seconds and then went away and another said he couldn't view it on mobile. I've included the log file and im not sure what is going wrong.

The log file was too large so I have the link:

Any help is greatly appreciated and I can get more details if needed. Thank you in advance!

That logfile does not contain a streaming session; please close and reopen OBS, start streaming for at least 30 seconds (longer, preferably 2+ minutes), confirm that the issue is occurring, stop streaming, then go to Help->Log Files->Upload Current Log File and paste the URL here.

Thank you I just had the same issue with my friends who are on android devices and said they can't see my stream through their twitch apps. I posted the log file. I appreciate your help

If people on desktop can see your stream but mobile can't, you need to get help from Twitch support. It either means they're having a problem, your viewers have a problem with their network connection, or your stream needs transcoding to be viewed by mobile viewers and Twitch isn't doing it, either because no partner/affiliate status, or too few viewers.

As a test, I would try streaming at lower bitrates and see if your mobile viewers still have the same problem, and if they don't, ask Twitch if mobile viewers should expect to be able to view source quality at that bitrate without transcoding.

I don't see anything obviously incorrect in your OBS configuration, or any errors in your test stream in this logfile.

Thank you so much, I was troubleshooting with a friend and that's sort of the conclusion we came to because I could see it on both of my own mobile devices and I am brand new with hardly more than 3 or 4 viewers per stream. I just wasn't sure because its the first time I've worked with OBS as well. I will reach out to Twitch, but I really appreciate all the help and advice!
