fresync dont let me capture games

hi i was streaming when i noticed what obs isnt capture fullscreen games but when i desactive freesync amd option obs start capture fullscreen games again so if someone know why and a solution please tell me how to fix it

GSync/Freesync cause issues with capture. The fix is to not use them while streaming.
