Fresh OBS Intall with Vidoe & Audio Freezing, Stuttering then Speeding up During Recording Windows

Hello, I have about a dozen sources loaded into two separate scenes. I am trying to record an hour of content, the main background source is a video running at 200% speed (thought this may be the culprit but unsure why). This is a fresh OBS install as of last week, the log is attached, from the last session which is the same session as the freezing (the audio and video both beging to stutter and then they speed up to try to catch up, all of this is of course also occuring to the recorded file). Any insight would be very greatly appreciated!

Ah crap, thank you for the heads up. I was only recording, and this was the complete file that was located in my "logs" folder from the session that I was observing the issues in. I'll see if I can replicate the issue while recording and repost the log form that session.
