Bug Report Frequent Mouse Freezes

Hey everybody I'm not sure what's really causing this issue but when streaming I get these tiny 1.5-2 second mouse freezes where the mouse just gets stuck in its position. It's only happened to me in LoL as that's the only game I've streamed so far. I stream from the desktop and not the game so I'm not sure if that's an issue. I've turned off show cursor thinking that might be an issue. Turned off CBR thinking that was an issue but I really don't know what's causing it.

Also, when I stream I don't put any delay on it. However, the stream slowly gets more and more delayed and I can't understand why. Is there any reason behind this? Is there another setting that I must fix?

AMD FX 8350
AMD 6970HD
12 gb Ram
Windows 7 Ultimate

I'm pretty sure the mouse thing is motherboard or driver issue. OBS doesn't really do anything with the mouse so there's no other real logical explanation.

As for the delay, it can increase if your connection is teetering on stability, where it just has "hiccups" but doesn't necessarily decide to drop frames..

Appreciate the response. So I should attempt to search for driver upgrades for the motherboard in this case?

I actually don't quite know what to suggest -- do you use a webcam for example? if so, does it happen with the webcam off, or does it happen if you switch the webcam to different ports?
