Question / Help Frequent Crashes, What do my Logs mean?

Hey guys, I'm getting OBS Studio crashes like crazy and I can't figure out why, not sure how to read these logs.

I'm running a 5820k / 32gb dd4 / r9 290x - WIndows 7

If someone could please take a glance at these logs and see whats going on I'd appreciate it. I had a similar problem before and I thought it was windows 10, so i went back to 7.

Not sure if the non crash log was the right one to upload, it had the closest time stamp to the crash log, only 1 minute apart
 
unknown, null in crash log might be caused by running out of memory in a limited 32-bit OBS. Try 64-bit OBS-Studio, log shows as having lots of things in your scenes on 32-bit OBS. 32-bit programs is limited to 2 or 4 GB. 64-bit may allow using up more memory.
