So whenever I record using OBS my recording keeps having little freezes and it makes the video very jumpy. I have also noticed that recently when I record with OBS my FPS jumps around alot, even on low CPU games. It never used to do this and was not a slow transformation. I went from 100FPS to jumping between 40 and 80 FPS overnight. Any help would be very helpful, thanks.
