I am doing local recordings to edit and upload to youtube, but when I record my videos, it freezes after a moment.

Well, what specs exactly are you wanting to see, I can tell you anything about this new notebook, I just need to know what you want to know so I don't give you useless information or more than you need/want to know

This ''NoteBook'' is a tablet right?
 
if so change your encoding settings to x264, un-check CBR, quality 10, 1000 max bitrate, check use custom buffer size and put 0. This also works for any type of pc.

@KajuinGaming1743 I have the exact same laptop, and I experience little green dots when I record gameplay, so I tried recording it with monitor capture and I get about 20 FPS on minecraft. I have the same settings you recommended. Any other options that could help me?
