OBS freezes everytime I try to record. It lags for the first few seconds then stops completely. Anyone mind helping me?

Where can I find that?
In the help menu of OBS. copy the link and post the link here. make sure its the log that you've recorded for at least 5 minutes with the game/program you are attempting to record.
