Freezing Issue

Specs: RTX 4060, I7 CPU, 16GB Ram

I never had this issue until last night but on my laptop whenever i try to stream a heavy game like Overwatch or Marvel Rivals my kbs on obs just drops to 0. My laptop is overclocked aswell and I even have low settings on my games and obs. On OBS it'll say i'm streaming but on twitch it still displays i'm offline and i even reconnected my twitch and does the same thing. OBS will only show i'm actually streaming when my kbs is high so i start the stream before loading up any game and twitch recognises i'm streaming but then the moment I load up any of these 2 games the kbs just instantly drops to 0 and freezes my stream. How do i fix this?
 
Your GPU and RAM is better than mine, but I can stream no matter what I do. It must be a bug in either OBS Studio or in one of the games that stops your streams. But based on the things that you said, it must be something way worse than just a bug. It might be a hardware problem, or maybe even a virus (that I hope does not exist in your PC). Hope this helps!
 
Please review the pinned post on this forum. Most common issues like yours are resolved just following them.
Also, like is explained on the pinned post, a log file is needed.

I reinstalled obs fully and still having same issue
