I stream and record videos. And I cant get rid of this freezing. It happens every few seconds for about 1 second but it just enough that its noticeable and impossible to get footage since it is constant. It is only for xbox games. PC seem to be fine so far. I have tried changing resolutions and fps and every other thing ive read to try and nothing has worked. is it obs causing this? or maybe the capture card (Elgato HD60Pro Internal)? something with my PC? any ideas. thank you !!! https://obsproject.com/logs/sYojxk2NwZzXdRzi

someone else told me to look for this warning in my log. 4:05:36.079: warning: Using AVStream.codec to pass codec parameters to muxers is deprecated, use AVStream.codecpar instead. Told me to fix that to go into the game capture settings and change it. I did. It started working for a few minutes and then my PC said it needed to restart. Restarted it and obs is back to freezing every few seconds again.
