I have since taken out the R7 370 card, It was causing issues with other things
you are trying to record at 1080p at 120fps. that is the reason it is not working. lower the fps to 30 and downscale to 540p or 480p. change the x264 preset to superfast and set custom buffer of 0.

Your cpu is not that strong and no modern cpu can do 1080@120fps efficiently

So i can't use this to record my videos? with 720p+ and 60fps :(

My I don't have a GPU, Just an APU, i had a "GPU" But i took it out. I had a GPU in while this was "Recorded" and i was 100% sure i was using it.
you do not get what I'm saying, x264 encoder is a software encoder. which is your only option with the original OBS. the build I sent you supports VCE, which uses your GPU. either the GPU inside your APU or the dedicated R7 370 you had will both work. obviously the dedicated GPU will work better than the APU, but do some research on VCE (via the link I sent you) and install it on your desktop.
