Question / Help Freezess and fps drop in stream

Hello I'm having freeze and fps drop while playing any game stream shows me like per sec fps drop and freezes but in-game Im having no problem please help me.

Your upload is extraordinarily low, and you have a dual core CPU. Try downscaling to 360p or lower and see if that helps alleviate your choppy frames issue. It should also hopefully make your stream look a little less blurry, though low resolution. Honestly it's hard stream at all with that upload speed.

Ok thank you for the answer but how I can make it 360p or lower?
