Bug Report freezes and double screen

last time i used OBS i suddely had lots of trouble.
i was trying too record some DS games and i got a double screen, and when i add a second screen it only shows me the first frame and freezes.. i didnt change any setting in it.
i got this problem before i updated OBS, so i updated it, but still got the same problems.. someone ideas what happend?

What specifically do you mean "Add a second screen"? Would have to see a log file to see exactly what you're doing.

well you can add more sources in your scene.. so 1 source is double and the second is freezing.. i cant upload a picture cause of an error :(

What's invalid? It should just be a normal text file.
