For the past few days I've been having this issue with OBS. Basically when I have set up a window/monitor to capture (It even does this to anything else) I try to preview the stream so that I can edit the window or monitor.
OBS freezes as soon as I start previewing or streaming. The preview time doesn't go up and it's just static like this.
I cannot edit the scene at all, in fact when I click on the window to move it around, it stays in place with no red line to indicate what's being moved.
In fact, after I stop preview and start it again, the window will have moved to another place as if it's worked behind the scenes. So it's the software itself that's freezing or appears to have frozen.
I'm not sure what caused this problem, as OBS on my PC works just fine and the settings are basically the same (Mind you the one on my PC is an older version). I'm not sure if this is because I'm using a laptop or?
