Question / Help Freeze on first frame

I am using game capture camera on Minecraft and I am streaming it to Twitch. Each time I or someone else checks the stream on Twitch it is always frozen on the first frame I started the stream on.

The Preview of my stream does not freeze but the Preweiw whilst streaming live will play like it should, but then bugs out due to encoding errors, I've searched many ways to fix the encoding issues, none have worked yet.

Your settings are too high for your computer to handle. I would recommend using 1.5 downscale and 30 FPS, at the very least.

I have the same problem, but I'm not streaming but save it as a file. The file itself has a big file size which would lead me into thinking it works fine, but at playback, only the first frame shows for the whole video, and I hear the sound, I've tried multiple Video playback programs. I've even set my settings very very low, and it still didn't work, so I don't think that's the cause.
