Freeze and Unfreeze

Hello Guys!

I hope all of you are fine! I am looking for a way to freeze a source. I've read a lot of tutorials about this "Freeze" plugin. Unfortunately, I can't handle it. I want to freeze a media source from a certain frame and let the Source run again after a few frames.

Is there a way to do this?

You can use the Play/Pause button in the Source Toolbar or create a Hotkey to Play/Pause the media source.
 
That won't work in my case. I really need an automatic solution because it is a source that is automatically displayed every 10 minutes. That would be very annoying to press a hotkey or the Play / Pause button in the Source Toolbar every time. Any other ideas?
