So I used to be able to stream just fine at 3000bitrate, but lately its been giving me problems with frames suddenly dropping rapidly while ping color indicator flashing red and yellow. I have already tried lowering the bitrate down to 2000, 1000, 500 but it still drop frames rapidly for maybe 2-3 seconds then be fine again. I've tried streaming from different server by choosing the ones with least jitters. Same internet provider, it used to be 25mbs/5mbs when i could stream at 3000bitrate but now its 60mbs/5mbs but can't stream even at 1000bitrate.

If you aren't connected physically to a router you will most likely drop frames, if you cannot be connected to the router because of wires everywhere I suggest getting a Powerline Ethernet Adapter, it fixed my problem with dropped frames and very little wires are involved.

You will need to get a starter pack, which comes with two, one hooks into your PC the other into your router, it works really well.

i am physically connected to a router. Router here isn't the issue because I used to be able to stream fine at 3000 bitrate on the same router, same modem, same isp. And Thanks for that link Sapiens but i already checked that first before i posted this.

There isn't much else we can offer in the way of advice if you actually followed all of the steps and weren't able to determine the cause of the dropped frames. You also drop when using a different service like Hitbox? No error from ShaperProbe? You may just need to call your ISP and have them check the line.
