Question / Help Frames skipped due to both rendering and encoding lag

not sure if this is a big deal or not but every stream i have skipped/missed frames due to encoding and rendering lag. Its not a lot but around 10 out of thousands. so obs still says 0% skipped/missed frames but i see there are a few. Are my setting wrong or is this normal? I used auto configuration for my setting so i dont know if it would be my settings. ill attach my log url.

 
Generally if the problem is below 0.3%, I tend not to worry about it. It may have high-marked and stalled a little during a level-load, or there might have been an unrelated system hiccup. 10 out of thousands? Not even registering as 0.1%? I wouldn't sweat it. Momentary hiccups happen.
