Frames seriously dropping

I dont know who else to ask about this. I asked in the discord and was met with snarky responses that weren't explanatory or helpful at all. I've been dropping thousands of frames the last week I've been streaming to Twitch with OBS. I was on OBS 28 and thought updating to OBS 29 would help but it's still the same. I've tried everything I've rang my ISP I've restarted the router over and over. I havent changed any settings in OBS and my PC parts and Internet are well above enough to handle what I'm streaming. And had been doing so up until a few days ago. Does anyone have a helpful solution please?
