Frames missed to rendering lag in Windows 11

So, this is something strange that's cropped up. Even as we speak, I have OBS open, no addons, no scripts, no plugins, nothing. Just raw, vanilla with my basic scenes active. As I sit, not even with a game open, the "Frames missed due to rendering lag" count is going up by one frame every second. I checked, through task manager, my GPU usage, and even my CPU usage, both of which are barely hovering at 10%. No games open, either. Not even recording or streaming. I've already attempted a reinstall to no avail. I did notice while tinkering and trying to fix this issue that my iGPU (AMD Ryzen 5 4600H with Radeon Graphics) is no longer showing in the encoder settings since updating to Win11.
Any advice, or is this something I'll just have to live with somehow?

Edit: Shortly after posting this I tried disabling my sources, and found it's because I had too many game sources visible at once. I'm an actual idiot lmfao. Sadly, don't have too much choice cuz OBS fails to recognize most borderless windowed games for some reason.
