Yes I looked at the thread. It didn't help.
All of a sudden I can't stream to Twitch with OBS anymore. It was just fine about a month or so ago. Bitrate goes all over the place and I keep getting dropped frames. Even when I change the bitrate it doesn't stop the problem from occurring. I even changed the bitrate all the way down to 1000 kbps and it still happens.
I stream by having PS Remote Play and using it to play my PS4 on my laptop and capture that using my OBS to stream to Twitch. I use two Powerline Network Adapters. One connected to my PS4 and another connected to my laptop. It was working fine about a month or so ago. Now it's not. I did nothing to my laptop to cause this, change this, or did anything to it really.
I don't see how a capture card would fix this because it wouldn't solve the bitrate problem. Plus they are expensive and convoluted to set up. The way I was doing it was fine for several months and now it's not for no reason whatsoever.
If someone could help me out with this and help me figure it out I'd greatly appreciate it. Thank you.
