Question / Help Frames drops

Hi!

first stream on my new setup

i5-3570k
GTX 670 OC
16GB RAM.

Got like 15% frames dropped, and when i watching the stream from tonight, sometimes it lags, but its no lag when i play 175-220 fps in CS:GO.

Quality: 7
MaxBR: 2600
Buffer Size: 2600

Audio Enc.
AAC 128

Video
Custom 1920x1080

Reso Downscale: 1.50 (1280x720)
FPS 30

Advanced

Use multi

X264 Cpu: vryfast

Your connection is not able to sustain the bitrate you specified, lower the bitrate until the problem stops, or try picking a different Twitch server.
