Question / Help Frames dropping

This problem recently started happening. I don't know why. Here is the log of my obs. In game fps is fine but on obs frames drop down to ~20

My recommended bit rate is 6000 so all of my settings are where they should be. Can anyone please help me? :(

I unistalled my driver and reinstalled and still nothing :(

If you don't have any Game Mode (Win10, Avast) enabled, lower the quality settings of the game and enable vsync or other frame limiter methods to sync it with the monitor refresh rate.

vsync is enabled :(

this fixed it... had to restart pc after enabling it for some reason. Thank you :)
