Question / Help Frames Dropping Hard

I've read the forum post for it and done pretty much everything on it, nothing helped at all, went from a solid 3 months of 1080 streaming to suddenly unable to stream at 720 or 1080.

Here's a Gyazo of speed and such.

Any help at all would be appreciated.

Try Keyframe interval = 2 seconds instead of auto. I know it sorted out poor streaming for us.

I tried it and it didn't really help, ran the Twitch bandwith test, all say 0 quality with like 20 ping... Mind boggled.
