Question / Help Frames Dropping Bitrate Unstable after Update HALP!

Setup is in the logs, but title says it best. Since the update cant hold frames or bitrate. Was previosly holding at a steady 5700-6000 prior to. ISP came through and checked and rechecked everything, found some upload freq issues that have since been fixed. Please Halp!

Looked at that already. When did they remove the LA server? Was it after the update?

It was twitch's API that removed it, not any OBS update.

I just noticed it, it has the reccomendation at auto, when I had LA before. Ive run all speed tests wonder if its hardware. If anyone can look and let me know if there is anything that stands out. Thanks for the info.
