Hello dear OBS team.
I have a problem which i will try to describe it as clearly as possible and i hope you will have spare time to help me solve the problem.

Since i was running old OBS version 554b or even older i dont really know or something like that i deciced to upgrade the software to the newest version and there are some nove options that i dont really know what they are for :)
I will be posting screenshots of my options that i run now and hope you will be able to tell me what is good and what isnt.
I will post zip/rar file with all screenshot + obs log file with all necesarry things for you to analyze.

About the frames dropping yesterday i was streaming 20 + minutes and i occured lags and i was dropping a lot of frames and dont know what was the reason of that.Like i said i will poste the obs log file for you to analyze what is the problem.

To make your work easier i have set up threw JTVping the best server near my location with the best MS speeds from all the server i was able to choose so that should be out of the way. + I have fibber optic running threw wifi and not threw ethernet cable i think that wifi is the problem in this case but i dont really know.posting a link from speedtest :http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/3471312028

Be free to ask me any question i will gladly reply.
Thank you for you help and time.

wifi would only be a problem if you've got a bad connection. i personally get a lower ping using wifi and slightly faster upload speed. however you should test both connections to make sure that one isn't better than the other.

few tips to improve your stream quality/clarity
downscale to 720
set filter to lanczos
set preset to faster, fast, or medium - watch your cpu usage while gaming/streaming and make sure the load stays under 85% slower is better.

there are some issues i see with the twitch server in your log, could be that your connecting to an overloaded twitch server. but i'm also no expert in reading these logs. but here are a few things that look concerning to me.
Completed handshake with rtmp://live-prg.justin.tv/app in 538 ms.
20:50:54: RTMPPublisher::SocketLoop: Stalled for 11986 ms to write 399954 bytes (buffer: 0 / 400384), unstable connection?

i would advise selecting a different server, that ping time is way too high. you've got nothing lower?

Thank you for your reply i am going to try to change some options and downscale to 720.
I would also like to ask why people on other streams have options to choose from Source.high, medium etc and i dont have even one of them on my stream do i have to be partnered by twitch or can you explain that to me :) thank you.
