tried both amsterdam and Fankfurt (i live in sweden)

They booth have 33-40ms on JTVPing.

had around 14% dropped frames on a 13 min stream,

heres the video from it, time to time it sems like its lagging for me, but must be the frames droped.

having 100/100 connection.

Quality 7 Max bitr, 4500 bufffer size 4500 aac 128.

vryfast cpu preset.

Running on a i5 16gb ram with GTX670 OC!

The Kb/s bar differs from green to yellow to red time to time. around 4500-5000kb/s.

Should i use a higher max birate and buffer size??

is it normal that the CPU usage is 85-90% while streaming and gaming?

edit.

lowered bitrate and max buffer to 2500/2500..

0 frame droped during a 10 min session.

Why is it that? :p should i still go with 7 quality and 2500/2500, will mostly stream CS:GO.

2500/2500 gives a poor quality, shall i try to go with 2800/2800 now and see how much frames will drop then..

33000/3300 runs good, with 0 frame drops, whats the 'best' bitrate with 100mbit/100mbit connection? or is it some max value twitch servers/viewers can handle?

Try a different server other than Frankfurt. I recommend London, but Amsterdam should work as well. Just a note, 3500 bitrate is overkill for 720p30fps, let alone 5000. You didn't appear to be dropping many frames at all when using 3500 bitrate. Still, try another server. Also, consider using CBR.
