Hello, I have a wierd problem. Recently I started streaming Skyrim and Fallout 4, and noticed while my games have 45-60 fps with ENB enabled my OBS fps jumps like crazy 20-60 fps which is not matching game fps, but as soon as I disable ENB with hotkey on both games OBS fps goes back to 60 and doesn't budge... Is there a way to stream with ENB and stable fps?
